Visitation: 3-3:30 p.m. Saturday, March 7, at Brumback Funeral Home. Celebration of life: 3:30 p.m. Saturday at funeral home. Burial: Caplinger Mills Cemetery.

Mr. Adams, 75, died Wednesday, March 4.

John Alden Adams was born in Stockton Missouri on February 27, 1940, to Alden and Flossie (Shaw) Adams. He passed away March 4, 2015 at the age of 75 in Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar. He was preceded in death by his parents Alden and Flossie, Sisters Patty and Paula and a brother Jim Adams. He is survived by two brothers Wayne and wife Norma of Conroe, Texas and Lyle of Stockton, four sisters, Shirley Adams of Greenfield and Nita and Richard Tefertiller of Greenfield, and Wanda and Lee Sellmeyer of Granger, Iowa, and a sister Regina of Independence, MO also a sister-in-law Charlene Adams of El Dorado Springs, Missouri. A host of nieces and nephews. John will truly be missed by all. He enjoyed the Stockton Tigers baseball and basket ball and watching the St Louis Cardinals. John was a friend to all he met. A celebration of life will be Saturday March 7th at 3:30 PM in Brumback funeral home with burial in Caplinger Mills Cemetery. Visitation Saturday 3:00 to 3:30 PM
