Donald G. Deprey, age 87, of Manitowoc, formerly of Two Rivers, passed into eternal life Monday evening, August 12, 2013, at Rivers Bend Health & Rehabilitation Center, Manitowoc.

Don was born March 21, 1926, in Two Rivers, son of the late George and Blanche (Gauthier) Deprey. He was a graduate of Washington High School with the class of 1947. Don served with the U.S. Navy during WWII from July, 1943 until August, 1946. He was a member of the SeaBee Reserve for 12 years. Don was employed as a Superintendent for the Two Rivers Water & Sewage Department for 29 years. He retired as Manager for Shawano Lakes Sanitary District. On August 8, 1947, he married Eunice Peroutka at St. Mark Catholic Church in Two Rivers. She preceded him in death on November 11, 2007. Don was a Cub Master and Boy Scout leader, former President of St. Luke Men's Holy Name Society, former President of Local 76 City Employees of Two Rivers, and a member of the Manitowoc Senior Center. He loved fishing, golf and playing cards.

Survivors include his children: Leonard Deprey (and friend Sherry Bourget), EauClaire, Jim Deprey (and fiancé Diana Wozniarski), Manitowoc, Lisa Olmsted, Wausau; 16 grandchildren: Terri Kuykendall, Keith Jaecks, Kristin Deprey, Tim Deprey, Curtis (Jenna) Deprey, Eric Deprey, Joe Deprey, Joel Deprey (and fiancé Tabatha Kuklinski), Justin (Jessica) Deprey, Kelli (Matt) Westphal, Nicholas Zuiches, David Zuiches; nine great grandchildren; sisters: Cecilia Savard, Manitowoc; Monica Schroeder, Two Rivers; brothers: Ted (Karen) Deprey, Green Bay; David (Elona) Deprey, Luxemburg; and a sister-in-law: Joyce Deprey, Milwaukee.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eunice; an infant son, Peter Deprey; daughter, Pamela Smith; granddaughter: Elizabeth Finchum; son, Richard Deprey; twin brother: Richard Deprey, brothers, Thomas Deprey; one sister, Mary (Gerry) Sullivan; brothers-in-law: Joe Schroeder and Charles Savard.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 17, 2013, at St. Francis of Assisi on So 14th and Grand Avenue in Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Dave Beaudry. Don has been cremated at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc. Military Honors will be accorded by the Two Rivers V.F.W. and the American Legion following the service. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers, at a later date.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, August 17, 2013, at St. Francis of Assisi on So 14th and Grand Avenue in Manitowoc from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m.
