Mary Hardy Swearingen Brandon was the daughter of Van Swearingen 1786-1856 and Amelia (Milley) Davis 1785-before 1812
Van's parents were: Thomas Swearingen 1728-1794 and Mary Hardy 1730-1836
Thomas parents: John Swearingen 1693-1767 and Mary Elizabeth Ray 1698-
John's parents: Thomas Van Swearingen 1665-1709 and Jane Hyde Doyne 1669-1716
Thomas parents: Garrett Van Swearingen 1636-1968 and Barbara E. de Barrelle 1640-

I have a letter from the Montgomery County Historical Society that proves all but the parents of Thomas Van Swearingen are Garrett Van Swearingen and Barbara E. de Barrelle. However there is enough information of the internet to prove this.

Mary married William Amos Brandon Oct 24, 1825 in Nicholas County, Kentuky.
They had 15 children:
