HEREFORD - Florence Goodin, 98, died Sunday, Jan. 16, 2000.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Cosby, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery by Gililland-Watson Funeral Home in Hereford.
Mrs. Goodin was born in Seminole, Okla., and moved to Deaf Smith County in 1946. She was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church.
She married J.J. Goodin in 1926 at Seminole. He died in 1974.
Survivors include a son, Calvin Goodin of Hereford; a daughter, Betty Whitaker of Hereford; a sister, Bernice Neeley of Oklahoma City; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
The family suggest memorials be to Deaf Smith Home Health or a favorite charity.
