Rachel Cleoma Higginbotham Baker was the daughter of the late Laura Walker Higginbotham and William Higginbotham.

She married Clifton LeRoy Jones who preceded her in death in 1976.
She married William George Baker.
Survivors include two daughters, Sandra and Sharon, and son, C. LeRoy Jones; and sis Martha Banks of Danville, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, word search puzzles, bingo and playing cards. She attended the Wesleyan Church in Mecca, Indiana.
