Mary Katherine Cornwell, 94, of Greenfield, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2015 at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe.
She was born on Nov. 25, 1920 in Ross County, the daughter of Homer and Addie (Hixon) Myers.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one brother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Cornwell; one daughter, Mary Jo Helfrich; one sister, Dorothy Watkins; two brothers, Clyde and Paul Myers; and both parents.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, March 19 at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Rev. Wayne Combs officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. Thursday until time of the service at the funeral home.
