Was born to the union of Bertie Edwards Michaels and John Frank Flynn Sr. He served 18 years in the US Army, doing 3 tours of Viet Nam, he retired from the military , due to a service related disability. He crossed over to the other world, leaving his mother, his loving wife Diane, son Bryan Flynn, a daughter Michelle Freeman and husband Max, step-son Steven Paul Robinson, devoted step-daughter Angela Jean Perkins and husband "Buttons", brother Sammy and wife Mae, and 4 doting grand children, to continue celebrating his life. He had many loves in his life, riding his Rascal around Nebo, the sound of wind chimes, as they chimed in the breeze, his old dog Princess, as well as his affection for Eagles and his family, his greatest love was for his wife Diane, who I affectionately call "anniesue" or "Sunshine" but am most honored to call my friend, it is for my love of her that I do this memorial to her wonderful husband, even though I never had the honor of meeting him in this world, I come to know him through his loving wife. He was a generous man, with a great sense of humor, loving and supportive, full of fun and a fighter, he fought his illness with courage and dignity. I regret not having met him in this world.
