GERARD M. HINCKLEY
DIES IN NORTHAMPTON
Gerard M. Hinckley, 45, son of Mrs. Jennie M. Hinckley, of 206 Lombard street, passed away Tuesday at the U.S. Veterans hospital where he had been confined for the last 5 weeks.
As a member of the engineering corps, Hinckley was stationed at Marseille during the World War. He was employed by the United Illuminating company until about five years ago when illness forced him to cease work. The deceased was a member of the New Haven Post 47, American Legion.
Mr. Hinckley is survived by his mother, with whom he resided, and one sister, Mrs. F. W. Heyl, of Kalamazoo, Mich. Services will be conducted by the Rev. David R. Johns, pastor of the St. James Episcopal Chursh, at the rooms of Camerlin & Rees, 134 Grand Avenue, tomorrow afternoon at 2. Interment, which his to be private, will be at East Lawn cemetery, East Haven.
