Within two weeks of his death, she was walking with a walking stick. This gradually became worse.
The remainder of her life was difficult, but she tried very hard to live it as best she could.
She came to live with her daughter in England and was cared for for the rest of her life.
She was interested in law, reading and politics and had a special love for 1940s music and films.
My one consolation is I know she is in Heaven now with Stanley. Her suffering is over and her eternal life has begun.
