Imogene Willingham, of Waco, passed away Friday, May 26, 2006. Services will be 9:30 a.m., Monday, May 29, at Grace Baptist Church of China Spring with Bro. Ross Davis officiating. Burial will follow at China Spring Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, May 28, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room.

Imogene Susan was born in Gholson, Texas, to the late Ralph and Nella Helleson and grew up in the China Springs area. She was a charter member of Grace Baptist Church of China Spring. On Dec. 14, 1935, she and Norval Willingham were married. Imogene was known for her great baking, especially rolls and sourdough bread.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Norval, in 1983; sons, Norman and Ralph; and a granddaughter, Shari Ozment.

Survivors include her daughter, Elouise Ozment; sons, Nealand Willingham and wife, Evelyn, and Nelson Willingham; and daughter-in-law, Brenda Willingham; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Troy Helleson; other relatives and many friends.
