FRED A. KRUEGER (d. 1988)

Fred A. Krueger, 70, of 1239 Brunner Road, Manitowoc, died Wednesday, August 24,
1988 at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc, following a short illness. Funeral services
will be 11 am Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church, Newtonburg. Rev. Timothy
Ehlers will officiate with burial to follow in the parish cemetery.
Mr. Krueger was born February 2, 1918 in the Town of Rockland, son of the late
Karl and Ottelia Buboltz Krueger. He married the former Marcella Pleuss on
November 24, 1938 at Newtonburg. Mr. Krueger farmed his entire life, retiring in
1980. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Newtonburg.
Survivors include his wife, Marcella; a son, John and his fiancee, Marilyn of
Manitowoc; two daughters and sons-in-law, Ruth and Denton Aebischer of Chilton
and Mary and Donald Paul of New Holstein and five grandchildren, Fritz Krueger
of Arizona, Kerry Aebischer of Chilton, Michael, Joseph and April Paul, all of
New Holstein. He was preceded in death by a sister, Arlene and two brothers,
Arthur and Clarence.
Friends may call at Wieting Schneider Funeral Home, Reedsville, 6 pm to 9 pm
Friday and Saturday at the church from 9 am until the hour of service.
