Mary Fulkerson was born on December 28, 1886 in Horntown, Grayson County, Kentucky. She was one of nine children born to Eli Hardin and Leonora "Lee" Spencer Fulkerson. Mary and Will married on November 28, 1905, in her family home at Rock Creek. They had nine children: Myrtle, Roy, Stoy, Bertha, Verna, Annie, Louise, David and Rudell. At the time of Mary's death, she was 70 year old; she died on March 24, 1957 from Bronchial pneumonia.

Hodgenville, KY, March 24.- Mrs. Mary Booker, 68, the widow of Will Booker, died today at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Lee Williams, Glendale.
Survivors include three other daughters, Mrs. Fred Priddy and Mrs. Steve Murray, both of Sonora, and Mrs. James Hornback, Summit: three sons, Roy Booker, Sonora, and Stoy and Vernie Booker, Both of Upton: four sisters, Mrs. Roscoe Hatfield, Mrs. Lee Skaggs, Mrs. Arvil Williams, and Mrs. Bob Floyd, all of White Mills; 32 grandchildren, and nine great- grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 3pm tomorrow at Center Point Baptist church, Hardin County. Burial will be at Sonora.
