A resident of the Espanola Nursing and Rehabilitation Center passed away of natural causes on Friday, January 12, 2007.
Preceded in death by his mother and father, Delfinio and Francisquita Gallegos; his wife, Maria Lucia Gallegos; and brothers, Jose Pedro and Lorenzo Gallegos. Mr. Gallegos was a member of the Community of Abiquiu.
He was a sheep herder and would travel to Utah, Colorado and Wyoming. Mr. Gallegos would bus tables at Matildas and the Super Spoon restaurants.
He is survived by his sons, Eloy D., Teodoro and wife Cipriana and Sambran Gallegos all of Abiquiu; grandchildren, Sorya, Andres, Silvestre, Teodoro Jr., Lucio, Claudia, Cynthia, Guadalupe, Patricia and Adan Gallegos; great-grandchildren, Eric, Angel, Brenda, Jacob, Perla and Jasmine.
