She was the daughter of Minnie Lee Edwards Woody of New Kensington, PA and the late William Woody.
She is survived by three daughters; two sons; seven sisters; a brother, Charles Woody; a companion (fiance) and friend; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild.
Services were held Wednesday at 12 noon in the Edwards and Sons Funeral Home, Inc., 208 E. Commerce Street, Bridgeton.
