Private funeral and interment were Thursday for Gladstone resident Edna M. Maier who died Tuesday in a local care home. She was 92.
Born in Altmar, N.Y., in 1892, she lived in the Portland area most of her life. She was a singer ina rea churches and worked as a saleswoman for the Roberts Brothers and the Olds & Kings department stores.
Mrs. Maier is survived by her son, Robert L., of The Dalles; a daughter, Jane E. Campbell, of Milwaukie; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
