Pauline "Barb" Gambino, age 57, Mattoon, died Saturday, June 13, 1998 at Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Antigo.
She was born June 13, 1941 in Sault St. Marie, MI, the daughter of Robert and Caroline (McCormick) Shirlin.
On December 31, 1962Barb was united in marriage toJoseph "Pizza Joe" Gambino in Livonia, MI. He preceded her in death on May 8, 1994.
Survivors includeher parents, Robert and Caroline Shirlin; one sister, Patricia (Leonard) Karavich, Novi, MI;two brothers, Jack (Jan) Shirlin, Garden City, MI and Robert (Donna) Shirlin, Wayne, MI;six nephews;one great-niece; andthree very special friends, Vicki Fuller, Rose Egging and Mike DeBroux.
Graveside services were held June 24, 1998 at Holy Family Catholic Cemetery, town of Hutchins. The Rev. David Kiefer officiated.
