Edward J. Boll, 77, of St. Nazianz, died Monday, June 13, at St. Mary Hospital, Centralia, Ill., while visiting with his daughter and son-in-law.
Funeral services will be 10:45 a.m. Saturday at Christianson-Deja Funeral Home and 11 a.m. at St. Gregory Catholic Church, St. Nazianz. The Rev. Cletus LaMere will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mr. Boll was born July 29, 1905, at Fond du Lac, son of the late Jacob and Mary Karls Boll.

He married Cornelia Rugowski in 1932. She preceded him in death in 1963. He then married Clara Gerber Elliott in 1964 at Manitowoc. Mr. Boll was a machinist at Manitowoc Engineering, and was earlier employed as a machinist at Kaufman Company. He also operated Boll’s Greenhouse of Manitowoc until 1963. He was a member of St. Gregory Catholic Church, St. Nazianz.

Survivors include his wife, Clara; two daughters, Mrs. Elmer (Patricia) Swokowski of Manitowoc, and Mrs. Allen (Audrey) Elliott of Centralia, Ill.; two stepsons, Allen Elliott of Centralia, Ill., and Dallas Elliott of Arizona; two sisters, Mrs. Caroline Hartman of Brillion, and Mrs. Katherine Schumacher of Milwaukee; 13 grandchildren; five step grandchildren; two great grandchildren and three step great grandchildren.

Friends may call at Christianson-Deja Funeral Home, St. Nazianz, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday where a parish prayer service will be held at 8 p.m.
