REIDSVILLE Mrs. Camilla Allen Graham, formerly of 5415 Keenan Drive, Greensboro, died at Guilford Health Care Center, 204 Willow Road, Greensboro, on Thursday, February 10, 2005.
A funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Monday at Jackson United Methodist Church, Brown Summit, where the eulogy will be proclaimed by the Rev. Thurman Pinnix. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11:30 a.m. to noon.
Born in Guilford County, Camilla A. Graham was a woman of strength and one who loved to fight for the rights of juveniles. She retired from A & T State University in Greensboro after eight years of service. She was a life time member of Jackson United Methodist Church and served there with the United Methodist Women.
She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Benjamin H. Graham Sr. of Worcester, Mass., Clauzell L. Graham; one daughter Satira Quarels of Pennsylvania; two granddaughters, Pauline Connor and Denise Harris of Greensboro; four grandsons, Allan Graham of Reidsville, Marvin Graham of Worchester, Mass., Benjamin H. Graham Jr. of High Point; great grandson, Daniel Christopher Graham of Greensboro; niece (adopted daughter) Joyce Farrish of Greensboro; three great-granddaughters (The California Sunshine Girls), Danielle Graham and Ja'nita Graham of Richmond Calif. and Tatyana Eckert-Graham of Greensboro; and other relatives.
