Greene Funeral Services Pending
Funeral services for Wayne Clayton Greene, 42, rigging slinger who was killed Thursday in a logging accident, are pending arrival of or word from a son stationed with the U.S. Navy at Pearl Harbor.
Mr. Greene, 1332 Rippon, Lewiston Orchards, was killed instantly when a tree hit him while he was working at Potlatch Forests Inc., Camp 14, near Headquarters. Survivors include his wife, a daughter, Patricia M. Greene at Lewiston, and two sons, Gary of Lewiston and Denny at Pearl Harbor; his parents Mr. and Mrs Archie Green of Lewiston; six brothers: Harold of Reno Nev., Lyle of Glen Eden Beach Ore., Byron of Winchester, Eugene, Donald, and Daniel all of Lewiston, and a sister Mrs. Irene Haynes, also of Lewiston. Brower-Wann Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
