Emily Heinrichs age 95 of Eagan, Minnesota passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 6th.

She was born May 29th 1919 in Kewaunee. Daughter of the late George and Emily Thor Folk. Emily worked at Mirro Aluminum company for 22 years retiring in 1982. She enjoyed traveling, bowling, dancing, playing cards, Bingo and visiting her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren all of which she loved dearly.

Emily belonged to St. Paul's and Holy Innocents church till moving to Minnesota in 2012. She also belonged to Christian Women's Club, Senior Citizens and St. Claire Society.

She is survived by her son Wayne and Uli Ratajczak, Fort Collins, Colorado and Daughter Diane Scherer of Farmington, Minnesota. She is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, Rick and Tanja Ratajczak Fort Collins, Co. and Krista (Peter) Honsa of Inver Grove Heights, Mn. and Chad (Jackie) Scherer of Littleton, Co. Along with 5 great Grandchildren, Billy, Emma and Danny Honsa and Jack and Cole Scherer., two nephews Gerald (Dorothy) Folk Pulaski and a special nephew Allan (Margaret) Wisnicky Fairbrooks, California along with other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers Roland and Raymond Folk and his wife Rose, her twin sister Frances Wisnicky and her husband Elmer.

Also a great Granddaughter Faith Rose Scherer.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday April 13, 2015 at St. Francis of Assisi on Waldo (1121 N. 14th Street, Manitowoc). Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. David Beaudry. Entombment will be at Calvary Chapel Mausoleum, Manitowoc.

The Family will greet relatives and friends from 9:30 AM until 10:45 AM on Monday April 13, 2015 at St. Francis of Assisi on Waldo, (1121 N. 14th Street, Manitowoc).

The Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.

A Special thank you to the staff at Keystone of Eagan for all the loving care they have given Emily the last 3 years. Their staff and our family will forever miss her beautiful smile.
