Beloved son, father and grandfather, returned to his Heavenly Father after a valiant battle with cancer, on Sunday morning March 28, 2004.
He is the son of Georgia Wahlin and Clair Louis Bello Sr. He was born October 11, 1943, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He married Darlene P. Delk, on June 12, 1964, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Clair was an active member of the LDS Church. He graduated from the University of Utah and worked in facilities management with LDS Church, worked for KSL, Bosch Co. and Bell & Howell.
Clair is survived by his parents of Salt Lake City; his wife, Darlene; and children: Dr. Clair III, (Alison), Capt. Craig (Trisha), Christopher (Martina), Chad (Katie), Courtney, and Chandler (Laura), and eight grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers and sister: Kenneth, Lynn (Joanne), David (Sue), and Joanne Foster (Kenneth).
Funeral Services will be Thurs., April 1, 2004, at 12:00 noon, in the Colonial Hills 2nd Ward, 1455 South 1700 East. Friends may call Wednesday 6 to 8 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 255 S. 200 E., Salt Lake City and Thurs. at the Ward Chapel from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. Interment Salt Lake City Cemetery.
