LOUIS DUBEY

Louis Dubey, of M-2-R Custerdale, died Wednesday night at the Holy Family hospital, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at the Pfefferfuneral home and at 9 o’clock at the St. Boniface church, the Rev. Alfred Pritzl officiating. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery.

Mr. Dubey was born in Canada in 1860 and 51 years ago married Miss Aldia (sic) Poquin. They came to the United States 34 years ago and to Manitowoc 20 years ago. He was employed by the city until his retirement several years ago. Mrs. Dubey died eight years ago.

Survivors are six daughters, Mrs. Leonard Champagne, Mrs. Joseph Buchner, Mrs. William Mellberg, Mrs. George Radandt and Mrs. Donald Ellerman of this city and Mrs. John Kluba of Iron Mountain, Mich.; three sons, Uldage of Sheboygan and Ervin and Stuart of this city; brother, Joseph of California; 29 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

The body may be viewed at the funeral home after 10 a.m. Friday, where the Holy Name society will recite the rosary at 7 p.m. Friday.
