Lawrence J. Duby, 60, of R-2-L Custerdale, Manitowoc, died
suddenly Saturday evening at his home following a heart attack.
Services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc and at 9 a.m. St. Mary Catholic Church. The Rev. John Landowski will officiate with burial in Calvary Cemetery.

Mr. Duby was born in 1891 in Madison, Maine, and when he was 21 years old moved to Michigan. He came to Manitowoc in 1942 and had been employed as a machinist at the Burger Boat Company.

He was a member of the Boiler Makers Local No. 443. In 1915 he married Laura Paquin.

Survivors are the wife; three daughters, Mrs. Leo LeClair of Manitowoc, Mrs. Edward Kluba of Waukegan, Ill., and Mrs. Irving Corey of Iron Mountain, Mich.; son, Clayton of Manitowoc; brother, Emil of Canton, Mass.; two sisters, Mrs. Delmar Fischer of Canton, Mass., and Mrs. Alphonse Rancourt of Pittsfield, Mass.; four grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home and the rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Monday.
