Elmina "Mina" Sarah Storm, daughter of Leverett Kinsley and Sarah Ellen Roberts Storm, was born January 13, 1875, at the home of her grandparents, Benjamin and Janette Potter Roberts in Belle Plaine, Benton County, Iowa. She moved with her parents to Adams County, Nebraska in the spring of 1875 and to Chase County, Nebraska in May of 1886. Mina finished her schooling in Fort Collins, Colorado and taught school for two terms (1894-95) in a sod school house in Chase County. She returned to live in Fort Collins in 1895. Mina married Henry Charley Bock in Fort Collins July 17, 1898. Their children were: Nora Edith, Ella Henrietta, Erma Claire, Sarah May, Lila Vivian, and Elizabeth Faye.
