Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Raphael's Cathedral. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 1 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Behr Funeral Home, 1491 Main St., where there will be a parish wake service at 6 p.m.
She was born on Sept. 24, 1994, in Dubuque, daughter of Jeffrey J. and Kathy L. (Tuthill) Neuses. Jessica was a fifth-grade student at Table Mound School where she liked to take the attendance.
She loved her little sister, Nicole, watching "Barney" videos and playing with stickers. She especially liked receiving cards in the mail.
She endeared herself to her community through the benefits and special events held in her honor. We can all learn from her spirit!

Surviving are her parents, Jeff and Kathy (Tuthill) Neuses; a sister, Nicole L. Neuses, at home; her maternal grandparents, Thomas and Barbara Tuthill, of Mesa, Ariz.; her paternal grandparents, Gerald and Diane Neuses, of Dubuque; her great-grandparents, Francis and Marion Brosius, of Dubuque; and aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Harold and Barbara Wolter, John and Naomi Tuthill and Clem and Rita Neuses; and a great-uncle, the Rev. Al Brosius.
