Glenn E. Mortimore passed away Thursday, April 9, 2015, in Sykesville, Md., surrounded by his family. He was born April 13, 1925, in Portland, Oregon, the youngest son of Genevieve and Merton Mortimore. A graduate of the University of Oregon medical school, Dr. Mortimore was Emeritus Professor in the Department of Physiology at the Penn State College of Medicine. Dr. Mortimore was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth C. Mortimore, who died in 2008, a sister, Margaret, and a brother, Don.
