ELIZABETH GAGNON

DEATH ENDS LONG ILLNESS OF MRS. GAGNON
Death which came to Mrs. Urbain Gagnon at the family home, 1310 Hamilton street yesterday afternoon was a messenger of deliverance from long suffering, Mrs. Gagnon having been an invalid for nearly twenty-years. Although not confined to her bed, Mrs. Gagnon for years suffered greatly and during the past year, her condition had become worse through complications though there was no thought of immediate danger.

Mrs. Gagnon, nee Elizabeth Moquin, was a native of Fond du Lac, born in that city August 11, 1862 and came to Manitowoc in 1882 and in 1886 was married to Mr. Gagnon and the couple have made their home here since.

Besides her husband, Mrs. Gagnon is survived by three children, Mrs. Adolph Herman, of Wauwatosa, Raymond and Bernedette of this city. Mrs. Herman visited with her mother and returned to her home only Monday. Two sisters, J.E. Langlois, Milwaukee and Mrs. A. Robedeau of Cudahy and two brothers, J.E. and George Moquin of Fond du
Lac also survive.

Funeral services will be held from St. Boniface church Saturday morning at 8 o’clock with interment at Calvary. Mrs. Gagnon, previous to her broken health, was active in church work and was beloved by a large circle of friends.
