Agnes L. Greskowiak, age 85, a resident of St. Mary's Home, Manitowoc, died Wednesday, March 6, 2002, at the home.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday, March 11, 2002, at The Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian burial will be the Rev. Roman Zbieranski OFM with burial at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
She was born Dec 13, 1916, in Newton, daughter of the late Frank and Mathilda Ziarnik Mella. On Nov. 28, 1953, she married Frank Greskowiak at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He preceded her in death Sept. 18, 2000. Agnes was employed with Mirro Aluminum Company of Manitowoc for many years. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Rosary & Altar Society.
Survivors include two sons: David Greskowiak, Ridgecrest, Calif.: Steven Greskowiak, Manitowoc; five sisters and two brothers-in-law: Martha Mallman, Manitowoc; Gertrude Bast, Manitowoc; Cecelia Mella, Manitowoc; Phyllis and Jerome Wojta, Two Creeks; and Rita and Norbert Pritzl, Cato. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the Pfeffer Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc, from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday where a prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m. led by Deacon Robert Drobka.
