Mildred Alene McGuire was born September 27, 1915, in Lamar, Arkansas, and she passed away May 22, 2006, at Clarksville Convalescent Home in Clarksville at the age of 90. She was a homemaker and a member of Clarksville Church of Christ.
Survivors include two sons, Charles R. McGuire of El Paso, Texas, and Don McGuire of Temperance, Michigan, a brother, Lawrence Patton of Zellwood, Florida, 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orville McGuire, her parents, Richard and Ella Mae Voliva Patton, 2 sisters, Lena Willett and Louise Hesterly, and a brother, Clarence Patton.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 A.M., Thursday, May 25, 2006, at Oakland Cemetery in Clarksville, Arkansas with John Ballard officiating. Visitation will be 6-8 P.M., Wednesday, May 24, 2006, at Roller Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.
