Julian, who was from the Philadelphia suburb of Penn Valley, Pa., came to Mercersburg as a lower middler (10th grade) and graduated in May 2011. He was a prefect in Tippetts Hall during his senior year and was a member of Mercersburg’s varsity basketball, tennis, and track & field teams. He also was active in Mercersburg Outdoor Education and the Jewish Club.
Mercersburg held a gathering to remember and celebrate Julian’s life May 6 in the Irvine Memorial Chapel.
We extend our sincerest condolences to Julian’s parents, Evan and Lyn Eisner, and his family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorials be made in Julian's name to the Mercersburg Academy Office of Alumni & Development, 300 East Seminary Street, Mercersburg, PA 17236.
