RONALD M. HANSEN

Ronald M. Hansen, age 58, of Manitowoc, died early Sunday morning, Jan. 24,
2010, at his residence.
Ronald was born on April 4, 1951, in Manitowoc, son of the late Sereno and Alice (Turney) Hansen. He served in the United States Marine Corps as a corporal from 1968 until 1971 and served in the Vietnam War. On Jan. 13, 1973, he married the former Mary Ann Springstube in Manitowoc. Ronald lived in Manitowoc as well as Jamaica, West Indies. He was with Boilermakers Local No. 107 as a welder. Ron enjoyed volunteering for many different charities.

Ronald was preceded in death by his father: Sereno Hansen; mother: Alice (Turney) Hansen; one brother: Charles Hansen; mother-in-law: Betty Springstube; brother-in-law: Gary Springstube; and paternal and maternal grandparents.

The family will greet relatives and friends from 4 until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010, at The Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The visitation will continue on
Thursday morning, Jan. 28 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday Jan. 28, 2010, at The Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be Pastor Joseph Guglielmo with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc, where full military honors will be accorded by AMVETS Post No. 99, Manitowoc.
The Pfeffer Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.

Ronald M. Hansen, age 58, of Manitowoc, died early Sunday morning, Jan. 24,
