ERVIN HERRMANN
Ervin L. Herrmann, age 87, formerly of Parkview Haven, Manitowoc, died Sunday evening, December 19, 1999, at St. Mary's Home, Manitowoc.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday, December 22, 1999, at St. Mary's Home Chapel, Manitowoc. Rev. Thomas Wojciechowski, O.F.M. will officiate and
burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Ervin was born May 23, 1912, in the township of Kossuth in Manitowoc County, son of the late Louis and Clara Ellermann Herrmann. Ervin worked at the Manitowoc Shipbuilding Co for
many years. He loved to sing, play his guitar and do crossword puzzles. He was married to Alma F. Stephani Hoida on September 16, 1974 at Manitowoc. She preceded him in death June 1, 1976.
Survivors include one brother and sister-in-law, Fritz and Lillian Herrmann, Manitowoc; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Agnes and Wilbur Hirte, Milwaukee, Violet Panosh, Manitowoc;
a special niece, Nancy Herrmann, Manitowoc; a special grandniece, Nicole Schuette, Marengo, Ill. Also surviving are other nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife,
Alma; two sisters, Martha Boehm and Leona Newman and one brother, Paul Herrmann.Relatives and friends may call at St. Mary's Home, Chapel, from 8-9 a.m. this Wednesday.
