Mrs. Johnson, age 93 died Tuesday April 14, 2015 at Greenwood Leflore Hospital from heart failure.
She was born in Lambert, Ms. June 11, 1921 to the late Eunice and Clarena Wimberly Davis and resided in Greenwood and Jackson most of her life. She attended the Abundant Life Pentecostal Church of God in Greenwood and she liked to fish and travel. For several years she worked at Baldwin Piano in and also Presto Manufacturing in Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Henry Chamblee, a son, Henry Bruce Chamblee, Sr. and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be 11:00 to 1:00 PM Friday April 17, 2015 at Williams & Lord Funeral Home. Reverend Bernard Wiggins will officiate the services. Burial will be in Odd Fellows East Cemetery.
