Mrs. Wencil F. Koutnik, 76, of 1415 N. 23rd St., Manitowoc, died Monday morning at the family residence following a coronary attack.Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Leo Schmitt will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mrs. Koutnik, nee Emma Schneck, was born Feb. 21, 1894, at Medford, Wis., daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Karlman Schneck. She moved to Manitowoc as a child
with her parents. She was married to Wencel Koutnik May 24, 1916, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Her husband preceded her in death Nov. 17, 1955. Mrs. Koutnik was a member of the Daughters of Isabella, the St. Paul Christian Mothers Altar Society, a charter member of the Catholic Women's Club and a member of the Lions Auxiliary.

Survivors include a son, Vincent J., of Manitowoc; a daughter, Mrs. Nic B. Jagemann, of Manitowoc; a brother, Joseph, of Richland, Wash.; two sisters, Mrs. Paul Prowls
and Mrs. Daniel Weber of Manitowoc, and five grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 o'clock this Tuesday afternoon where a memorial service will be at 8 o'clock this Tuesday evening by the members of the
Catholic Women's Club and the Christian Mothers Altar Societies.
