Mrs. Leonard Kroll, 59, of 209A North Eighth St., Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Saturday morning at the Holy Family hospital. She was seated at the information desk at the hospital preparatory to being assigned a room when she was stricken with a heart attack and died a
short time later.
Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Monday at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 9 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. L. M. Schorn will officiate and interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
She was born Henrietta Westphal in Manitowoc in 1893 and in 1920 was married to Leonard Kroll. Survivors are her husband; two sons, Wesley of Milwaukee and Leonard Jr., of Chicago; three brothers, Rudolph, Henry and Martin of Manitowoc; five sisters, Sister Mary Anetta, teacher in a parochial school at New Holstein, Mrs. Reen Van Whel of Appleton, Mrs. Ray Shimek of Houston, Tex., Mrs. James Flint of New Orleans and Mrs. Lee Lodel of Green Bay.
Friend may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday where the rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
