Mrs. Theodore (Antonia H.) Kuechmann, 80, of 2307 Marshall St., Manitowoc, died Tuesday evening, Oct. 19, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Mass of Christian Burial will be concelebrated by her son, the Rev. Theodore M. Kuechmann, and the Rev. Theodore J. Hendricks and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Kuechmann, nee Antoina Hermina Isselmann, was born Jan. 15, 1902, at St. Nazianz, daughter of the late Matt and Anna Jaeger Isselmann. She was married to Theodore J. Kuechmann June 10, 1925, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The couple celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1975. Mrs. Kuechmann was an honorary member of St. Anne Christian Mothers Altar Society of St. Boniface Catholic Church, a member of Catholic Womens Club, and a member of Manitowoc Maryknoll Mission Society.
Survivors include her husband, T.J. Kuechmann of Manitowoc; five sons and three daughters-in-law, the Rev. Theodore M. Kuechmann of Los Altos, Calif., James and Ruth Kuechmann of Missoula, Mont., John and Mary Kuechmann of Wausau, Jerome Kuechmann of Pensacola, Fla., and Charles and Hanako Kuechmann of San Diego, Calif.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Edith and David Sylvester of Midland, Mich., and Judith and Dale Knickelbine of Manitowoc Rapids; two brothers, Joseph Isselmann of Manitowoc, and Florent Isselmann of Newburg, Wis.; three sisters, Mrs. Alvin (Anne) Kupper of Milwaukee, Mrs. Augusta Christel of Manitowoc, and Mrs. William (Marie) Radey of Milwaukee; 16 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. by the Christian Mothers Altar Society, Catholic Womens Club, Maryknoll Mission Society, relatives and friends. Memorials are appreciated to Scholarship Funds of Holy Family Convent or St. Lawrence Seminary.
