Anna M. Salter, age 86 of Muir, passed away March 31, 2015 in Carson City. She was born March 28, 1929 in Ionia, MI the daughter of Robert and Dorothy (Ostrander) Gee. After the death of her mother, she was raised and loved by her mother, Sarah (Morgan) Gee. Anna married Robert Salter February 18, 1950. He preceded her in death in 2005. She was a member of First Christian Church of Muir, Golden Years and the First Christian Church of Muir Food Pantry. Anna loved crafting and riding around town on her golf cart.

Anna is survived by her children, Janet (Gary) Garber of Muir, Keith (Peggy) Salter of Ionia, Steve (Terry) Salter of Muir and Art (Sandi) Salter of Ionia; brother, Henry (Betty) Gee of Ohio; sisters, Betty Davis of Muir, Beulah (Wayne) Piercefield of Muir, Alma (Richard) Mills-Hunnicutt of Carson City, Emily (Harold) Kemp of Dewitt and Sandy Sprank of Ionia. She leaves 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Salter; and 2 brothers, Joe and Bob Gee.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, April 12th, 3 p.m. at First Christian Church in Muir with Pastor Greg Gladding officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to service at the church. Those wishing may make contributions in Anna's name to the First Christian Church in Muir.
