Funeral services for Alfred J. Hurley, 66, of 1710 East St., Two Rivers, a retired operator of the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant at Two Rivers and who died on the island of Maui, Hawaii, while on vacation trip Thursday, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers, the Rev. Robert Rhyner officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.

Mr. Hurley was born May 31, 1905, in the Town of Lincoln, Kewaunee County, son of the late Julius and Elizabeth Deprey Hurley. A resident of Two Rivers nearly 50 years, he married Margaret Ruthmansdorfer Wyszynski at Two Rivers July 7, 1934. She preceded him in death in 1961. He then married Sophie Janczeski Zinn at Two Rivers Aug. 6, 1963. Retired as a city employe in 1970, he was a member of St. Joseph Athletic Assn.

Besides his wife he leaves a son (Survivors omitted for privacy.); two brothers, John and Henry Hurley, of Two Rivers and one granddaughter.

Friends may call at Klein and Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, after 4 o'clock this Monday afternoon where memorial services will be at 8 o'clock this Monday evening.
