Dear Mom,

You had a long eight year battle with Alzheimer's Disease. We slowly saw you fade away into God's loving arms. We will miss your smile and your gentle kindness. You are with your maker now in heaven. Our hearts are heavy with sorrow and loneliness without you. Some day we will be together again. God Be With You!

Shirley's family would like to offer a special thank you to the Holy Family Memorial Hospice Team and Dr. Pradeep Giriyappa for all of their loving care, support shown to Mom and her family.
