M. Virginia "Ginny" Paine, 66, of Morton Health Care Center for the past four years, formerly of Tremont, died Wednesday, Feb. 24, 1993, at Pekin Hospital.
Born March 15, 1926, in Tremont to Henry and Lura Prunty Schwinn, she married Russell E. Paine on Dec. 3, 1944, in Staten Island, N.Y. He survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Alan (Sandy) Sanders of Tremont; and three sisters, Marjorie Romine and Mrs. Herbert (Evelyn) Henderson, both of Tremont, and Mrs. William (Dorothy) Cox of Mackinaw. One brother preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Tremont American Legion Auxiliary.
Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
