Funeral Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, April 1, at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, and 10 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Presiding the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Ronald Reimer with burial to follow at the Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Lang was born September 15, 1908, at Manitowoc, son of the late John and Rose Cohn Lang. He married the former Caroline Miller on April 29, 1935, at Brillion. Mr. Lang was employed with the Burger Boat Company for 25 years until his retirement in 1967. He was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Caroline Lang, Kaukauna; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Janis Lang, Colorado Springs, Colo.; two daughters and a son-in-law, Dorothy and Donald Novak, Hammond, La., Sister Juden Lang, Kaukauna; one brother and sister-in-law, LeRoy and Alice Lang, Manitowoc; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was also preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, Sylvester and Helen Lang; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Regina and Arthur Meister, and Marcele and Ted Lorf.
Friends may call at the Pfeffer Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, where a prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. by Deacon Bill Klein.
