Mrs. Henry LaPerriere, 67, former Manitowoc resident, died Saturday at a Milwaukee hospital after an extended illness.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Kaufmann Funeral home, 93_ W. Center St., Milwaukee, and at 9 a.m. at St. Leo Catholic Church in that city. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery at Manitowoc.
Mrs. LaPerriere, the former Florence Gilmet, was born at Marinette on Jan. 30, 1889, where she was married to Henry LaPerriere. The couple came to Manitowoc 40 years ago and after the death of her husband in 1942 she moved to Milwaukee to reside with her sister.
She is survived by two sons, Clyde and Gordon of Milwaukee; a sister, Mrs. Lillian LaPerriere of Milwaukee; a brother, George Gilmet of Manitowoc; a grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the funeral home where the Rosary will be recited at 8 o’clock this Monday morning.
