FORMER LOCAL GIRL DIES AT MATTESON, ILL.
The body of Mrs. Walter J. Lauer, nee Hazel Aumann, of this city, will arrive from Matteson, Ill., where her death occurred yesterday, this evening and will be taken to the home of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Frank Aumann, 815 South Twenty-first street for burial to be held on Saturday morning at 10 from St. Paul's Catholic church. Interrment (sic) will be at Calvary. Messages received yesterday brought news of the death of Mrs. Lauer who had been ill for three weeks of typhoid-pneumonia.
Deceased was 34 years of age and had been married to Mr. Lauer, who survives, only 2 years. Besides her husband, Mrs. Lauer leaves her parents and two brothers Reuben and Clifford, of this city. Her mother was with her at Matteson at her death and with Mr. Lauer and Mrs. Rudolph Adams will accompany the body here tonight.
