Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 9 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, the Rev. John Pawelski officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
She was born Stella Narewski Feb. 28, 1887, in Poland and came to this country as a young girl. She was married to Joseph Leonowicz June 1914, at Manitowoc. The couple resided at Rt. 3, Manitowoc, until Mr. Leonowicz’s death in 1959 when she moved to Manitowoc to reside with her son-in-law and daughter and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kohlman.
Surviving are three sons, Joseph of Green Bay, Edward of Manitowoc and Henry of South Milwaukee; two daughters, Mrs. Paul Kohlman and Mrs. Russell Wellner of Manitowoc; 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home where the Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.
