Miss Masiak was born at Manitowoc July 8, 1940, daughter of Theodore and Elenor Kuehnl Masiak.
Surviving are the parents and a brother, Theodore Jr., of Manitowoc.

Private funeral services for Patricia Ann Masiak, 17, who died Thursday at South Colony, Union Grove, Wis., were at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. John Landowski officiated and burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
Inadvertently omitted among the survivors was a grandfather, Anton Kuehnl of Manitowoc.
Pallbearers were Leroy Vogt, Norbert Vogt, Jr., David Kuehnl and Robert Kuehnl.
