Arnold O. Miller, 70, of 6417 W. Custer St., Manitowoc, died Saturday, October 11, at the family residence.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Silver Lake. The Rev. Julian Resch, O.Praem, will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Miller was born Feb. 28, 1910, at Manitowoc Rapids, son of the late Joseph and Lillian Heinzen Miller. He resided in Manitowoc County all his life and attended St. Joseph Parochial School. July 23, 1935, he married Margaret Mohr at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Mr. Miller had been employed as a nursing aide at Manitowoc County Health Care Center and following his retirement in 1975 was employed part time with Dramm Corporation.
He was a member of Holy Name Society of St. Joseph Parish and Catholic Knights No. 298.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret, two sons and a daughter-in-law, Allen Miller and Eugene and Kay Miller of Manitowoc; two daughters and sons-in-law, Marion and Greg Blanchard of Weyauwega and Rita and Gary Muench of Manitowoc; two brothers, Wilfred and Joseph of Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Clarence (Marie) Reindl of Manitowoc and Mrs. Ed (Aurelia) Brandl of Newton and 11 grandchildren. A daughter-in-law, Nancy Miller, preceded him in death in 1972.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home 4 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Monday afternoon, where a prayer service will be at 8 o'clock by members of Holy Name Society, Catholic Knights, relatives and friends.
