We picked up Otis from a breeder when he was 10 weeks old. He was always an outgoing dog and wanted to greet everyone. He had a special fondness for bread. Two notable instances are the one time he consumed a whole loaf of bread while we were away and the other is when he snuck his head in between his "mom's" arm and torso to snatch the last home-made Thanksgiving roll right out of her hand. He always enjoyed going on walks and snuggling with us and his "sister", Annie, on the couch or the bed. He also loved to chase soccer balls around the back yard. Our vet, and friend, always noted his large for the breed size and called him "The Giant Whippet".

He is the "brother" to Annie.

Prostate cancer took him away from us much sooner than we expected.
