Harley Upton Biggs, Jr. passed away at age 57 in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Friday, August 21, 2009. Harley was born in Man, West Virginia on July 26, 1952 to Harley Upton Biggs, Sr. and Rama Rogers Biggs.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Thomas Biggs.

Survivors include his brother, Ben Campbell of Vero Beach, Florida; sister, Peggy Campbell Flres of Oakley, California; brother, William E. Biggs and his wife, Kari of Tulsa; sister-in-law, Lynda Biggs of Tulsa; nephews, Bradley Biggs, Benjamin Biggs, Joshua Biggs, Brandon Biggs, Jeff Biggs, Brian Biggs, and Josiah Biggs of Tulsa; niece, Sarah Biggs of Tulsa; numerous nephews and nieces across the country.

Harley grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and was baptized in Tulsa Bible Church. Harley graduated from Nathan Hale High School in 1970 and attended college at American Christian College in Tulsa. He worked in landscaping, was a bricklayer and ran his own medical testing company.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at Memorial Bible Church, 8720 East 61st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma, under the
direction of Gary Kelley's Add'Vantage Funeral and Cremation Service, Tulsa, Oklahoma. 918/624-2828

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to New Life Ranch, 160 New Life Ranch Drive, Colcord, Oklahoma 74338
