Henry Herman Donaldson, 85, of Sheridan, died April 22, 2003, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center at Pine Bluff.

He was born October 30, 1917, at Sheridan, a son of the late Garland Donaldson and Bessie Whitmire Donaldson.

He served in the Army during World War II and the Korean War. He retired as groundskeeper of an Army golf course. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign War.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Donaldson.

Survivors include one brother, Leon Donaldson of Little Rock; four sisters, Opal Lynch and Fay Barton, both of Pine Bluff, Gladys Upchurch of Kingsland and Helen Chu of Garland, Texas; and a caregiver, Mary Sisson of Fordyce.
