Mrs. Magdalene N. Leicht, age 84, of Park Lawn Home, Manitowoc, died Friday, February 28, 1992, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 2, 1992, at 11:00 a.m. from Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Manitowoc, Wis. Rev. William Zimmer will officiate at the Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will be at the Calvary Mausoleum in Manitowoc.
She was born on September 21, 1907 in the town of Kossuth, daughter of the late John and Dora Kappelman Stadler. She grew up in the town of Kossuth and was educated at St. Anne's Catholic School, Francis Creek.
She married Edwin W. Leicht on May 29, 1937 at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Edwin preceded her in death March 10, 1986. Mrs. Leicht was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Audrey Leicht of Manitowoc; three grandchildren, Penney and Bill Schneider of Newton, John Leicht of Elmhurst, Ill,. Mark and Donna Leicht of Manitowoc; four great grandchildren, Matthew Leicht, John Leicht, Stephanie Leicht and Jennifer Schneider; two sisters, Mrs. Armella Sheehan and Mrs. Marie Traeger, both of Manitowoc. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
Friends may call at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Reinbold, Pfeffer, Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home is serving the family.
